Ladies, get excited, really excited: Sex and the City the sequel is officially a go. Writer-director Michael Patrick King confirmed to E! that all four stars have signed contracts for another round of the Carrie Bradshaw Show.

That’s right – Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis will be back on screen, together, summer 2010. Okay, so that’s a little far away from now, but the foreplay starts this summer when filming begins.

There’s no script yet, but God and Manolo Blahnik know it’s got to be better than last time. Not that I didn’t appreciate the first film, but hopefully this time it will be more Sex and the City and less Devastating Depression and the City.

But as long as the clothes are there, so am I.
