Hayden Panettiere Bites the Hand that Feeds Her (Career)

Hayden Panettiere’s publicist had no comment after a recent incident at a Hawaii fundraiser. Mostly, this was because the young star had already said enough, i.e. that the press is ruining her life.
Okay, Blondie. You weren’t saying that a couple of years ago when you were trying to pull yourself up out of the career quicksand that is Disney child stardom.

This wasn’t the first time Panettiere had a press freakout. She threatened death to reporters after her breakup with reality TV d-bag Stephen Colletti. But this brings us to Hayden’s apparent catalyst: breakups.

The Daily News reports:
“Back up!” the “Heroes” star yelled at photographers when she hit the red carpet at a fundraiser gala, Us Weekly reports.
The 19-year-old, who recently split with co-star Milo Ventimiglia, then stormed past reporters.
“May we talk with you Hayden?” one asked, while touching the starlet’s shoulder. “Don’t you ever touch me!” Panettiere replied, before turning to a press handler and asking frostily, “Oh, am I supposed to do interviews?”
The petite blond delivered a final parting blow of “you all make my life miserable!” to the waiting media and refused to answer any questions.

Breakups are difficult, but it’s not really the media’s fault that Milo and Hayden aren’t Milo and Hayden anymore. Freak out at him. Freak out to your shrink. But don’t freak out at the people that have created the buzz that feeds your celebrity status.

And isn’t it a bit melodramatic to call reporters the source of your “miserable” life of red carpets, magazine covers, and a highly lucrative television series? Waaaa, Hayden. We’re crying our eyes out for you, cupcake.

You sound like a very vile person.
The press DON’T have any right to run after her grilling her about her personal life. She’s an actress, not someone whose relationships should be available and set up to be scrutinized by the media/public.
She loves meeting her fans and often poses and smiles for pictures, but a lot of photographers and newspaper gossip columnists can go too far (as can some bloggers).
I doubt you would appreciate some creep who makes money by writing slander about you pestering you at an event that’s supposed to be related to your professional acting career, not our personal life.
And I definitely wouldn’t classify the parasite paparazzi as the ‘hand that feeds her’.
PS. ‘Disney child stardom’?
Where’d you get that from?
is this for real ????
who eva wrote this needs to get a grip and leave her alone !
