The Morning Dish: Are Teens Too Young to Tan?

State legislatures in Texas and Florida are pushing for new laws requiring teens under the age of 18 to bring a doctor’s note to their local salons before stepping into the tanning bed.
Is this is good thing or a bad thing? Honestly I can’t quite say. It’s certainly a wonderful thing in terms of the photo above. The only bad thing is that most relationships are gonna have to start off the real way, with people being their real selves. First impressions are now going to be pasty white, literally.
