Personalized videos have a sort of kitschy charm. I remember back when I was younger, before the technology of personalized videos, when the gift de jour was personalized books and casettes. I had a recording of a song about some alien who was searching the solar system for my present. More recently, “Elf Yourself” spread as a popular holiday laugh on the internet.

The above video is none of those things.

“Our Love Story” is presumably intended for a lover of some sort. The selling point is that you both get to have your picture in it. OMG LOL the internetz is so cool. The plot goes something like this: You both appear, Cupid shoots you in the butt, you go on a hot air balloon ride and live happily ever after.

If you don’t know how to tell the person in your life that it’s over, this could be a good way. It’s crazy enough to creep them out, but not so crazy that they’ll think you’re just messing with them.
