Say What: Celebrities Who Don’t Hate On Plastic Surgery

It’s no secret that many a celebrity has gone in for a nip or tuck or full body makeover. Unless we are to believe they are superhuman, celebrities are just as prone to wrinkly skin, sagging boobs and all the other affects of aging, so to look as good as most of them do they need a little help.

That being said, I don’t understand why so many are determined not to admit it. You’re not doing any service to the girls who torture themselves trying to look like you. And trust me, you’re not fooling anyone.

However, there are a handful of celebrities who are willing to admit to the pull of plastic surgery. Here’s some refreshing honesty (and stop me if you see a trend here…)

Dolly Parton

“I look at it like this. If you’ve got the money and you’re going to be out there, you owe it to people not to look like a dog if you can help it.”
- Dolly Parton

Janice Dickinson

“Believe me, I’m a 900-year-old dinosaur and without 14 inches of make-up and 32 pounds of fake weave I wouldn’t look the way I do. I want to be the best-looking corpse there is. I’m honest about it; I haven’t got a problem with it. I borrow bits from everyone. Every six months I fly to Dallas to get Botox and I also get collagen injections. I’m addicted to cosmetic surgery.”
- Janice Dickinson

Dolly Parton

“I’m in showbiz. I look at my boobs like they’re show horses or show dogs. You’ve got to keep them groomed.”
- Dolly Parton

Simon Cowell

“To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works. You do it once a year. Who cares?”
- Simon Cowell

Dolly Parton

“Plastic surgeons are always making mountains out of molehills.”
- Dolly Parton

Liv Tyler

“I’m definitely going to have some [plastic surgery], I’m sure. Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby.”
- Liv Tyler

Sarah Jessica Parker

“I never say never! Maybe in a few years you’ll open a magazines and I’ll be pulled tighter than a walnut”
- Sarah Jessica Parker

Rita Rudner

“I don’t plan to grow old gracefully. I plan to have face-lifts until my ears meet.”
- Rita Rudner

Joan Rivers

“Plastic surgery has everything to do with how a person feels about him or herself. There is no such thing as too much.”
- Joan Rivers

Dolly Parton

“If I see something sagging, dragging or bagging, I’m going to have the stuff tucked or plucked. I’ve had all that done and it doesn’t scare me”
- Dolly Parton

Jessica Simpson

“Maybe after having kids, if my boobs dropped down to my belly button, I would get them lifted … Maintenance. But you know, my boobs are real.”
- Jessica Simpson

Cindy Crawford

“I’m not going to lie to myself: past a certain age, creams work on the texture of your skin but, in order to restore elasticity, all I can really count on is vitamin injections, Botox and collagen.”
- Cindy Crawford
