China’s first sex theme park has been cock-blocked by angry city officials reports the BBC more or less. Love Land, set to open in Chongqing in October aimed to improve both the sex education and the sex life of its visitors. The park would include displays of giant genitalia, naked bodies, an exhibition on the history of sex and workshops on sex technique and safe-sex methods. No word on rides though.

However, the sensationalist nature of the park in conservative China left officials calling the plan “vulgar, ill-minded and misleading.”As such, Love Land has faced premature demolition.

The Chinese will just have to go elsewhere for their giant genitalia.
