Usually heading to the vending machine after a night out is a bad idea that can only result in a stomache and Cheeto fingers in the morning. However, two companies in England are changing that with vending machines for after-party shoes. Rather than dispense junk food, Rollasole’s and Afterheel’s magical machines sell portable flats for when those high heels are really starting to kill you. Both companies have vending machines in nightclubs, offer relatively affordable shoes and make me extremely jealous that I’m stuck in the U.S. walking home in my painful stilettos. Wait, who am I kidding, I already wear flats. But I still appreciate the amazingness of the concept.
