StickK To Your Goal Or Pay Up

Have you resolved to diet, but found those leafy greens aren’t enough to keep you motivated? What if the alternative was losing out on a different kind of green?
StickK is a site that encourages you to live a happier, healthier life. It does this by pushing you to achieve your goals through signing a contract… with yourself. Oh and it offers the threat of losing your hard earned cash.
The “Commitment Contract” can be about anything you want. It just gives you a little more incentive to follow through on these resolutions. How, you ask? Well, by putting your money on the line. If you successfully complete your goal, you get to be happy and keep your money. However, if you don’t meet your goal, not only will stickK inform your friends, but it can also bill you. The money will go towards a charity, an anti-charity or even an annoying neighbor… whatever you choose to keep you on track. You set the stakes.
With this kind of self torture, is it any wonder the program was developed by guys at Yale?
