American Apparel has had crazy leggings for adults for quite some time. It’s only just recently that they’ve bestowed these creations upon the kiddie set. The shiny leggings, which come in gold lamé, silver, mauve dots, night fever black and night fever blue, can turn your tot from common kid to superstar.

Now we’re a little torn on the product. On one hand, toddlers love glittery things and why deny them this simple gaudy garment. On the other hand, Lindsay Lohan and her ilk wear similar items and it might be a little too soon to set them down that path. Unless you are going to a baby disco, it hardly seems necessary.

But most of all, American Apparel just gives off a creepy vibe and we’d like to keep the kids out of it.
