In New Zealand, heavy rain brings traffic accidents and fatalities. To try and curb dangerous driving in bad weather, an ad agency created the attention-getting billboard in the video above. It actually bleeds when it’s raining outside. This very graphic reminder is supposed to caution drivers to “drive to the conditions.” And supposedly it’s working… with driving deaths reduced. Creepiness factor aside, if it works, it works I suppose.
