Delta Designer Duds Cause Flight Attendant Outrage

The skies got a little friendlier when Delta introduced new flight attendant uniforms designed by Richard Tyler in 2006. The sexier red wrap dresses are trendy, but not size friendly. Now that Delta has merged with Northwest Airlines, the new flight attendants are seeing red over the dress sizes which only go up to size 18. They’re requesting the airline offer the outfit up to a size 28.
Delta’s response? A spokesperson has stated that the airline “offers a range of outfits in other colors and styles up to size 28 that flight attendants can wear.”
