Ray-Ban has supposedly given its classic aviator shades a modern twist for 2010.  I have two pairs of Ray-Ban aviators and I absolutely love them the way they are.   The new “twist” is in its new Craft Genuine Leather Collection.  I think these glasses are meant more for men than ladies but I usually wear men’s sunglasses anyway.  The leather is designed to improve and look nicer with age and use.  They have two options: gold with brown leather or black with silver leather.  I personally think that the leather looks really stupid on the front top of the glasses.  Other than that, it looks pretty nice to me.  They range in price from $171-$216.   I definitely would not pay more money for my sunglasses to be trimmed in leather.  What do you think of the new modern twist?  Would you pay more for it?
