Fitness Magazine has come up with a list of the top 100 workout songs of 2009.  I am trying my best to keep my new year’s resolutions of being healthy this year, and I think this list could help you too.  I know when I am doing cardio if I am listening to upbeat music it gets me even more in the mode.  I burn more calories and can work out for a longer period of time when I listen to upbeat music.  Here are the best songs for working out whether it be the elliptical, yoga, or just warming up, there are songs for everything!
