Eat Like The Stars… Be Skinny Like The Stars

Don’t you always wonder how the celebrities are all so skinny? They’re always on the road and traveling yet they maintain their svelte bodies. They make it look so easy. On E News some of their secret snacks were shared. These fat fighting foods can definitely help you lose weight or maintain your weight. They are all very tasty too!

Blake Lively is a fan of edamame, it is high in fiber and it will curb your appetite. Just make sure if you order it at a Japanese restaurant you ask them for it steamed with no salt. The salt will just make you bloated. Diane Kruger loves sweet potatoes which is also high in fiber.

Paula Abdul is big on oranges. We all know oranges are filled with Vitamin C, but did you know that it also metabolizes fat? I didn’t know! If you eat an orange before your meal, you’ll most likely eat less, and the citrus and Vitamin C will metabolize the fat. Lo Bosworth likes apples which are known to lower cholesterol and fat. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Kristen Bell loves Greek yogurt. It is a great source of calcium and it helps shed the fat in your belly area.

Another fat fighting food is Swiss Cheese. I never would have guessed. I personally try to stay away from cheese, but Swiss is good for you. It prevents your body from releasing a fat storing hormone.
I didn’t know any of this but now I will definitely be choosing wiser snacks for myself.
