Heidi Montag posed in Playboy last summer (09), but she covered her genitals and her boobs.  Now that she underwent a ton of plastic surgery, and got DDD boobs, she is finally ready to go topless in the magazine.

In Touch magazine reports Montag, who now boasts DDD boobs, is considering a $500,000 (£312,500) offer to show off her new body in a new spread.
A source tells the publication, “Heidi loves her new body, but she’s especially happy about her breast implants… She’s finally ready to pose topless.”

They might as well just get a barbie doll and take pictures because Heidi is ALL plastic now… what is attractive about that??
