31 year old, Virgil Jason Vinz,  and his 19 year old live-in girlfriend, Terrah Lake Tracy each face charges of cultivation of cannabis, possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis, possession of cannabis with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers were dispatched to a suicide attempt about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at the home of Virgil Jason Vinz, 31, and his 19-year-old girlfriend, Terrah Lake Tracy, in the 900 block of Southwest Jaslo Avenue. Both wound up being arrested, each on a domestic battery charge, following an apparent struggle over a knife. One affidavit indicates the suicide attempt was “unfounded.”

Meanwhile, officers followed a blood trail through the kitchen and down a hall while looking for a knife, which lead them to packaged marijuana and a marijuana grow room, Sgt. Robert Fonteyn said.

Wow, what a secret to keep. I think that Tracy is too young for Vinz but being that he has a grow house in order to deal with the economy shows he may be on her maturity level. I think it is stupid that cops care so much about pot. It has never done any harm. At least no one committed suicide!
