On The Real World D.C. we finally heard Josh’s singing ability, or lack there of.  He has been overly confident about his look and his singing and then his voice was finally revealed to us… and the other roommates.  He can’t sing for shit.  It was just as I suspected in the beginning before the show even aired.  He says his look has gotten him in a lot of bands, but that is all he has going for him, if that.  I don’t know anything about singing but anyone would know he is absolutely terrible.

Josh had “band practice” all day long, if you would even call it that.  All the guys in the band are great but Josh is awful.  Listening to him sing was torture to my ears.  The other roommates were all shocked that his voice was that bad.  It’s funny because he has barely been shown on this season and he finally has his spotlight and he blows it.

During practice he gets a phone call from his girlfriend and when told he was like, “did you tell her that I was in band practice?”  Like really Josh?  You suck, no matter how much practice you get you’re not going to be good.  He took the phone call.  I was surprised that they didn’t show us a clip of the band talking shit about his voice because that HAD to of happened!

While he was away at the phone Erika came in and tried to steal his thunder, which he never had to begin with…  She sings for the band in her raspy but good voice, and Josh comes back in and is obviously pissed off about it because they are clearly in a weird competition with each other.  Josh thinks Erika is jealous, which she may be but not of his singing ability.  Oh, and the name of his band is “Wicked Liquid”, what the hell is that supposed to mean?

Mike’s family came to visit and his younger brother looked JUST like him and had similar eye-brows but his were a little more visible than Mike’s.  His family seemed really sweet and I couldn’t wait for him to finally tell them that he is gay…

He brought the little bro out with the roommates that night to party.  He and Callie made out in the middle of the bar out of nowhere!  It was super weird and he was probably trying to convince everyone that he is bisexual and not gay.  He’s not fooling anyone.  Erika and Callie thought he was showing off for his brother, which he probably was.

The next day Mike took his family to see where he works and he explains the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).  His mom went to lunch with him and his boss Suzanne who is clearly the T in LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender).  She is totally A-MAN-DUHHHH…  Not so nice of me, but come on, she’s totally a dude.

Anyway, his mom was amazing and listened, was open and extremely receptive to Mike’s way of life.  She was very accepting and said she was proud of him.  I definitely got teary-eyed.  Mike is going to be a lot more comfortable in his skin now that his mom accepts his way of life.  It was sad to listen to all of the rights that gays lose just for being gay.  They can take care of foster kids but not adopt, they get fired for jobs in 28 states, wow… that is SO not fair!

Erika just keeps on sucking more and more each episode.  She was a conniving bitch to Josh trying to steal his spotlight in the band and then started shit with her boyfriend, Ian, because she heard girls in the background.

Psycho Erika came out later when she called Ian repeatedly when he wasn’t answering.  It was very scary and was a typical crazy girlfriend stereotype… she has problems.  She cried to the roommates that she couldn’t get in touch with him and then he finally calls back and is like, “I had 14 missed calls from you, why would you call me 14 times?”  She definitely felt like a dummy and had to of creeped out her boyfriend who she hasn’t even been with for that long before the show.  Good job Erika, you probably won’t have anyone to go back to now when you go home.
