We talked about this a little earlier in the week when I wrote an article called “Boner is Missing.”  As many people suspected, 41 year old actor Andrew Koenig took his own life.  His body was found in a forest in Vancouver.

On his father’s website, Koenig’s parents posted a long description of their son, including the fact that he had been suffering from clinical depression when he disappeared.

Walter Koenig on Thursday pleaded with people who may be similarly depressed not to ignore the illness and to seek help.

Our thoughts go out to Koenig’s family. Sites like ours may poke fun at actors misfortunes on a daily basis but clearly when something like this happens it’s no laughing matter.
