Michael Lynche Is THE Ultimate Fan On American Idol

American Idol last night was pretty good. I think the girls are more talented than the guys this year. Throughout the entire show Michael Lynche is in the background dancing and clapping hardcore supporting all of the girls. It is pretty funny because he is so big, yet he’s like a little school boy when they perform.

Haeley Vaughn sang Miley Cyrus’s The Climb. She didn’t do a terrible job but, after hearing her sing that song, I realize how talented Miley Cyrus really is. She also can’t help but flash her gigantic smile that annoys Simon. By the way, I don’t care what any of the judges say except for Simon. Anyone with me on that?

Lacey Brown took Kara’s advice and sang Kiss Me. I love this girl’s voice and would buy an album of her singing regardless if she wins the show or not. She sang the song really well, but like Simon said, it seemed a little karaoke-ish. I loved her singing it, but yeah, she didn’t really do much with it to make it her own. She did show us what type of artist she wants to be though. I like her and hope she sticks around.

Katie Stevens… wow. I can’t believe that unbelievable voice comes out of that 17 year old. She is really really talented. The sound of her voice is amazing, I would just like to hear it in younger songs just like the judges said. She will definitely be sticking around and making it pretty far in this competition.

Didi Benami has been one of my favorites from the beginning. She sang Lean On Me. The judges all said “it wasn’t good”. I totally disagree. I loved it. It even gave me chills. The beginning was a little rocky but after she stood up off the stool, she belted out some nice sounds. I love her voice and I loved her performance. I really hope we see her again next week!

Lilly Scott sang a Sam Cooke song. This girl rules. She stays true to herself and her style and I love it. She has that indie rocker chick thing down and I could see that really bringing in a lot of votes. She is another one, like Lacey Brown, that I will buy her album if she wins or not.

Katelynn Epperly sang Coldplay’s The Scientist. She also played piano while singing it, her first time playing an instrument on the show. Stupid ass Ellen said I liked that you played guitar, and then she covered up her stupid mistake by saying that the song put her to sleep and was too slow. Really Ellen? The Scientist is a slow song, and a beautiful song, and I loved her version of it.

I think that Ellen and Kara should both get booted off the show. I don’t care at all EVER what either one of them say. What the hell does Ellen know anyway? She should go back to Finding Nemo or dancing on her talk show.
