If You Fall Just Get Right Back Up
Brad Paisley fell during his concert in Charleston, SC, Saturday night (March 6, 2010) and ended up in the hospital. I don’t even know his music but shoot, he took a hard ass fall. He seems like a cool dude because of the fact that he tweeted:
“Allright, whoever posts the YouTube footage of it gets a meet and greet. I have got to see it. I hit hard. And I mean freaking hard.”
Thank God he didn’t suffer any serious injuries, just has some bad bruises. The video above shows his baddd fall. Check out some more bad falls during concerts after the jump.

Lil Wayne slips and falls on stage.. hardcore… I love Lil Wayne but this is pretty damn funny.
At least these stars all got up and kept going after their falls. Good for them!
