Miley Cyrus is speaking up about the tabloids. I agree with her on this one. If the tabloids weren’t so mean to celebrities I don’t think they would have all of the drugs problems that they have. There is so much pressure on them to be perfect because their live is no longer private once they hit celeb status. She talked about this after the deaths of Brittany Murphy, Casey Johnsons and Corey Haim.

It sucks and while they are rich and supposedly happy, they are miserable because every little thing that happens is printed around the world. It’s BS if you ask me. Yeah we like talking about it, but at the same time, we are using someone’s personal life as gossip. Not cool.

She tells HollyScoop.com, “Maybe people would stop being so mean to people that are in this business… because, if something does happen, it’s just another story to sell. People should learn to be respectful and realize that love makes the world go round.

“It’s not your job to sell another stupid magazine for a story that is going to be over in five minutes.”

Cyrus insists she avoids the tabloids altogether – and never reads what they print about her and her famous friends: “I just live under my own little rock. I don’t really read things or get out often… I’m not the most social human being. I just try to ignore everyone.”

That sucks that she thinks she isn’t social. She seems like a cool chick. I guess fame is more important to her than having a life. But looks like that is exactly what tabloids and paparazzi do to celebs.
