Bikini Bod Secrets From Victoria Secret Angels!

With bikini season right around the corner, we are all looking for that secret to a great bikini body. Well, secret is out. There is no secret, ladies. Eating healthy and exercise is all there is to it. And good genes of course. Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio shared their “bikini bod secrets” with E! News.
“The first step is eating healthy,” Miranda told me. “I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy.”
Some of her go-to foods are “spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.”
As for model mama Alessandra, she says she won’t give up her steak or her sweets.
“Lots of greens, but I love meat, so lots of protein,” she told me, adding, “I have a little bit of chocolate here and there!”
Oh, eat healthy? What a secret! Miranda also exercises like most “fit” people. She does yoga, pilates, and light strength training.
When it comes down to it, eat healthy and exercise. There is no SECRET, people! Also, some people are just born with great genes where their metabolism is super fast, and they are naturally slim. Yeah, we can all be jealous, but it’s a fact.
