Enjoy Your Chocolate Bunnies This Easter… Don’t Give Them Away, It’s Okay

Out of all the Easter candies, the chocolate bunnies may be your best bet. A stress hormone called cortisol can be lowered if you eat 1 1/2 ounces of dark chocolate daily for two weeks. The calm-inducing portion can add up and pile on pounds if you’re not careful, at 240 calories. Save the treat for when you really have a rough patch to avoid piling on the pounds. But, go on and nibble on those bunny ears (in moderation)!

Peeps are another popular Easter candy. They are pure sugar. If you want to eat a package of 5 peeps, you’re looking at approximately 170 calories. To burn off those calories just do 21 minutes on the rowing machine at the gym and you won’t feel so bad about it.
