Is Gaga Going To Get Plastic Surgery?
Rumor has it that Lady Gaga is depressed and thinks that plastic surgery can help. A nose job, cheek implants, breast implants and a thigh & butt lift, to be exact. I don’t really see her being insecure or wanting any of those procedures done considering she pretty much radiates confidence.
According to a British tabloid, the “Bad Romance” singer is feeling so down about herself, she’s planning to have plastic surgery to help beat her depression.
“She’s desperately unhappy but keeps talking about having thousands of dollars worth of plastic surgery. She really thinks that could fix everything,” says one source.
Dishing about what the famous singer may have done, the insider told, “She’s thinking about a whole host of cosmetic procedures, including a nose job, cheek implants, boob job and thigh and bum lift. She’s completely preoccupied with overhauling her looks.”

I don’t think this is true. I really don’t see Gaga getting any plastic surgery done, especially such obvious things like these procedures listed. She has all the confidence in the world, I mean, look at what she wears. Do you think an insecure person could conquer the world in the crazy outfits she sports? I don’t think so.

I personally feel that these rumours could be true. Most people that do seem to be over confident and do things most people wouldnt do are insecure ( me being one of them). Lady Gaga doesn’t know who she is… not deep down, she feels having all this surgery will change how she feels insides. By wearing what she does, acting the way she does it doesn’t mean that she’s an overly confident woman. She is a performer, a show stopper and all this is part of an act, but behind the scenes in ‘reality’ she’s incredibly insecure and only her true friends will know, but if she’s as good as a performer as I think she is not even they will know, this is one deep, dark issue she has with herself and only in her darkest moment will people finally get to see the weakness she is fighting to hide.
