Katy Perry is one of the only people who can get away with light-up lucite heels on a red carpet. Funny thing is, she doesn’t even look cheesy wearing them. I always wanted light-up shoes, but they came out later in life, after the time I would be able to even wear them. Now, thanks to Jimmy Choo, there is a pair out there for us ladies, and they’re not LA Gear sneakers!
Katy twittered about wearing her bad-ass shoes:

“My shoes light up 2night ,” she wrote. “I feel like a kid again w/ them LA gears!!But this time it’s Jimmy Choo. Wonder if JC will make skating 1′s nxt?

Katy wore these shoes at the ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) Pop Music awards in L.A. last night (4/21/2010). I guess they are good luck, because she went home with two awards for her singles “Hot N Cold” and “Waking Up In Vegas.”. Check out her head to toe look after the jump.


She looks stunning, she is absolutely gorgeous! It doesn’t even matter that her dress is ugly. No one sees it with that beautiful face and those rockin’ shoes.
