Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t put up with her noisy kids, she just tunes them out with earplugs!

The actress admits her kids Moses and Apple can be more than a little loud – and she has to tune them out or risk losing her mind.

She says, “You just have to wear earplugs sometimes… (They have) all these toys that make noise and instead of smashing the toys when I haven’t slept and, like, lose my mind, I just put on headphones or ear plugs… and pretend they’re not there.”

Smart woman. I like the way she thinks.  If I ever have kids I may just go to Gwyneth for advice.
