It is scary to think how completely different Heidi Montag looks now than she did on her first season of The Hills.  She was cute from the start, but now she just looks like a Barbie doll gone wrong.  I think her best look is the one in the middle after her first round of surgeries.

When the world was introduced to Heidi Montag, she was a recent transplant to Los Angeles by way of Colorado, excited to make her way through the glitz and glamour of her new hometown. Now, she’s on magazine covers, undergone double-digit plastic surgeries, and married to Spencer Pratt.

Wow has she come a long way. I even remember seeing her in a fashion show way back in the day on Laguna Beach. She was SO cute before becoming a life size Barbie.
