If it were only that simple in the world.  If only we could always tell the truth.  If only no one reacted or even cared about our true selves!  But unfortunately we do live in the real world where people have thoughts and feelings.

Women especially are taught to hide them.

Here are five things that nearly all of us keep secret….

Commitment

The universal stereotype is that men are afraid of commitment. Many of them are, but the counter-assumption is that women are never afraid of commitment, are always ready for it, and that simply isn’t true. Girls just tend to keep it a secret — and to deal with it, by expressing it, discussing it, and coming to understand it.

Weight Issues

Most women including myself keep their weight a secret, even from their spouses.  Doctors know, and that’s about it. No matter what your weight or your body type, it can just be exceedingly difficult to make that revelation to anyone, even the people you love the most. There’s an insecurity there, a fear of judgment or recrimination. Simply put, it can be  awful.

Hair!

With the exception of a few escaped childhood pictures, guys may never know what their girlfriends and wives look like with their natural hair color. If your girlfriend colors her hair, you’ll just have to use your imagination. I’m guilty of this. I hide under hats when my roots start to show. It’s not so much that I’m ashamed of my natural color, I just couldn’t wait for the color to completely fade.

Hating High Heels

Although this is by no means true for every woman, a lot of the girls I talked to, and I myself, were in agreement about their hatred of high heels. They wear them a lot, but they’ll rarely admit it because they know it’s illogical and that they could be wearing something more comfortable.

Orgasms

A lot of the women I talked to copped to faking orgasms some of the time. I admit to this one myself — and never told. It’s not that you don’t want to be honest with your partner, but sometimes it depends on the partner. You never want to hurt your lover, but it’s great when you can get your relationship that open.

So, I love this show on MTV, “Downtown Girls”.  I think I like it so much because the girls are my age and I can totally relate to them… especially Nikki… the token Jew.  I think she is absolutely gorgeous and I love her personality and style.

The single girls, Shallon, Nikki, and Victoria took a trip to the Jersey Shore this past episode and were hungry for boys.  The first guy they think is cute, who is fugly if you ask me, turned out to dislike Jews and wasn’t afraid to say it.  Check out the video below and tell me what you think.

I don’t understand how there is still prejudice like this in our country.  Like what the hell did the Jews ever do to anyone?  I don’t get it.  Why do people hate us so much?  I’d really just like to understand the whole thing.

Has anyone been watching this new show on VH1 called “The OCD Project”? I hate to say, but I absolutely love it and I’m addicted. I was watching and I realized that Kristin, the blond, who clearly has the worst case of OCD out of everyone in the house, has the same toe thumbs as Megan Fox! Someone else I know with those thumbs is pretty OCD herself. Just saying…

This show is awesome, and I really hope that Dr. David Tolin can help these people get over their OCD, especially Kristin. She is so sad to watch, and here I am calling her out on her thumbs. Whatevs. She obviously has bigger problems to focus on. I am looking forward to watching them all progress and get over their fears.

How I spot these random things… I don’t know. But toe thumbs are VERY VERY interesting to me!

Some people get a thousand times better looking with age, actually, I personally think most people do. That is definitely the case for a lot of celebrities. Maybe it is Hollywood that should take all of the credit, or is it just good genes? These celebrities have definitely gotten MUCH hotter with age.  Look at Charlize Theron… minus the glasses and add some high-lights and a tan… bada-bing… a hot blond!

Elle‘s June 2010 issue has Miranda Kerr on the cover, and lots of other beautiful photos of the model.  She is stunningly beautiful to look at.  They couldn’t of picked a better person for the cover. She is VERY easy on the eyes, and I think we all want to look like her in one way or another, right?

The Aussie supermodel showed off her gorgeous looks as she swapped in and out of a variety of ensembles for the fashionable monthly mag.

The Elle spot comes just as it was announced that Miss Kerr is taking over as the new face of Jil Sander.

Of the new job, Miranda dished, “It’s nice to have variety in my work. I don’t ever want to feel pigeon-holed. I still have more coming out this year – a Jil Sander campaign.”

Glad she is getting bigger and bigger… she is gorgeous and finally getting the credit she deserves for it!

White jeans can be flattering on everyone believe it or not.  White is the new black this summer, ladies!  Wearing white can be just as slimming as wearing black sometimes, as long as you do it right.

There is a very common misconception that only super skinny women should wear them, but I’m here to tell you that no matter what your body type, there is a pair of white jeans out there for you.  With Memorial Day coming up, it is about time for this coveted summer garment to have its season in the sun so here are some tips on how to find the right pair for your body shape.

I never thought in a million years that I would ever buy white skinny jeans… I am very curvy and just didn’t ever think they’d be flattering on me. I bought my first pair by Flying Monkey, and I LOVE them! They are distressed with studs on them, so I don’t lose my edginess.

Take a look at these tips and you’ll be sure to find a pair of white jeans that look fabulous on you!

“I always make sure the fabric is not too thin, as thinner white denim may show imperfections you don’t want seen,” says ANLO jeans designer Jenna Andreola about her overall shopping strategy. “A heavier denim will hold you in better and hide body flaws.”

“Also, undergarments are super important when wearing white denim. You should never wear white underwear under white denim, a nude shade works best to conceal your undergarments.”

Here are some more tips to keep in mind when buying white jeans.

Curvy Girls:
Rule #1… Embrace those curves and look for styles that flatter them! Styles with a stretch fabric will help to contour your hips, thighs, and butt. Make sure that you avoid jeans that fit too tight at the waist or styles that cut you off tightly at the ankles. This will add volume to your thighs and hips. Instead look for styles that have extra room in the hips and thighs. And pay attention to how the jeans fit your waist. They shouldn’t be a gap between the waist and lower back. The waist should be fitted but should not pinch or be too tight.

“Gals with a curvy figure should opt for boot cut or flared styles so that the flared bottom balances the mid-section,” says Paige Adams-Geller of Paige Denim. “The Lou Lou is a great style for this as the subtle flare helps to balance the figure while the slim leg elongates the frame. Unlike most flares, it stays slim through the knee and calf, flaring just above the ankle.”

Petite Girls:
There are lots of options if you are petite thanks to one of the biggest denim trends for spring, the “skinny cropped” cut. This style would fit like a cropped jean on a taller figure, but is full length and a great fit on a petite frame. James Jeans carries a great skinny cropped jean called the Twiggy.

“The Twiggy is great for all body types including petites because the legging look actually has a slimming and lengthening visual effect,” says Seun Lim, the line’s designer. “You can wear it with heels for extra length, tuck them into boots for an added edge, or even wear with flip flops or sneakers for a casual twist.”

If that’s not the style you are looking for, here are some other things to keep in mind. Choose jeans with a 29/30 inch inseam so that you don’t have to make a trip to the tailor. If you are petite AND curvy, avoid skinny styles that cut you off at the ankle, making you appear shorter and heavier. If you’re petite yet slim, avoid baggy styles that will drown you and as a result make you look heavier than you really are. If you do choose a baggier jean, make sure that you balance out with a pair of high heels.

“There is much more to a perfectly fitting petite jean than just a shorter inseam,” says Rosella Giuliani,VP of Merchandising & Design at 7 For All Mankind. “We specifically design all our petite “Lexie” jeans to flatter and enhance a petite woman’s figure. Some feature a lower rise and pitch, along with a shorter inseam, while the traditional wide leg elongates and extends the legs. White thread and stonewashed silver hardware keep this wash looking polished.”

Tall Girls:
Tall ladies, you can rest easy. There are jeans out there to fit your proportions and flatter your sexy long legs. Look for 34 inch or longer inseam, but also pay attention to the fit, not just the length. If you are tall and slim, opt for jeans that hug your legs and thighs and avoid excess fabric that will sag, especially around the butt.

“Taller women should make sure to get jeans at the right length, there is truly nothing worse than a jean that is too short,” says Adams-Geller. “Many companies now offer tall jeans with a longer inseam.”

If you’re tall and curvy, look for styles that balance out your proportion, a boot-cut or flare will help create an even long and lean look. Trouser jeans are also a great option for taller ladies.

Plus-Size Girls:
Plus-size ladies should always remember to stick with clean white fabrics that are not see through. Choose fabrics that provide support to hold you in, so that your curves will be contoured and any imperfections will be camouflaged.

Shape FX is one company that has developed special fabrics and technologies to provide extra support around the usual problem areas (i.e. hips, tummy and thighs). “Our white jeans were designed with a plus-size woman in mind,” says designer Thea Anema. “The tummy tuck inner panel trims inches of the tummy and lifts the rear. The 4-way stretch fabrication gives the same stretch as a comfortable knit pant while looking oh-so-chic.”
Old Navy is another brand that designs with a plus-sized girl in mind. “The fit through hip and thigh is nice and snug, with a flare bottom opening to help balance her overall figure,” says Marita Aikonen, Director of Design. “Also, the details in the front are very clean, so no bulk is added. Add a nice heel and the silhouette becomes longer and leaner.”

The secret sex tape of Kendra Wilkinson is being released today (May 26, 2010). The sex tape has the highest amount of pre-orders ever in the history of the company, so it has been released a week early by Vivid Entertainment. They are higher than those for Kim Kardashian Superstar, which still remains their best selling celebrity sex tape. Kendra is really banking on this tape of hers. Kendra’s first pay check for the sex tape is a whopping $680,000!

“Kendra has a huge fan base, and we’ve been literally besieged with requests to release this movie sooner rather than later,” said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid, which is releasing a preview clip of the sex tape on their website.

Even though publicly Kendra condemned the release of the tape, RadarOnline.com first reported that she has received a payment of $680,000 and will be getting up to 50 percent of profits.

The video titled Kendra Exposed was shot with a former boyfriend Justin Frye when she was 18. Now, 24-year-old Kendra is married to Philadelphia Eagles Hank Baskett and has a baby boy.
