President Obama knows how to make us swoon…and it’s not just with his dashing good looks and charming personality. Barack’s actually looking out for us.

The spring issue of Ms. Magazine explains that in his first 100 days Obama has made “giant strides for women.” Of course, part of that simply involved reversing some of the Bush administration’s misguided policies. But it’s good to know the advancement and empowerment of women is important to our president.

In his short time in office, Barack has: Signed Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which restored women’s ability to sue for pay discrimination, appointed seven women to Cabinet level positions and established the White House Council on Women and Girls.
